Suzanne presented with complaints of head pain that was steady and throbbing. Assessment revealed forehead tension. Some biofeedback-assisted muscle relaxation was done to quiet the forehead muscles. After one session her headaches improved – down to one or two per week instead of daily. Headaches continue to improve. There is no longer any significant muscle tension in the forehead thereby taking away a contributing factor in her headache pain.
